In 2023, Chargebee underwent a comprehensive brand refresh, and I had the opportunity to lead the web design initiative for this transformation. The project involved reskinning an extensive website of over 1,400 pages to align with the new brand identity and visual system.
I developed a modular and responsive web design system that facilitated the phased refresh throughout the year. Design decisions were informed by website traffic analytics, considering diverse geographical locations and the range of devices predominantly used by our visitors.
Additionally, the system was tailored to support the seamless creation of a CMS, enabling marketers and writers to quickly deploy campaign pages. This ambitious project spanned roughly a year and involved close collaboration with a team of 14 designers and developers.
